Skin
by Nicole Terry
From between my succulent lips,
exhaled in anxious breath,
in the wake of carnal tongue,
into your gaping mouth of perfect “O”,
full of garden promise & inspired kiss,
sighing for sapience within the solitary screams of
a fallen raven
awaiting the indigo repose of nirvana;
know the flavor of my pathetic beauty:
pain,
exquisite in my fetal embrace,
awashed in scarlet rain,
into ancient rent:
Allow me your mind. . .
& flesh.
