Rulers of Government: Survival and World Order as an Evolution of Government-Herd Symbiosis by Nicole Terry One has to wonder about Rulers of Government, those sitting atop the pyramid so prevalently featured on one-dollar Federal Reserve notes. One has to wonder about their connection with the Common Masses and how deep (and how detrimental) that connection is. This continuing Theatre of War and so called "acts of terrorism,” assassinations, and the like, but for what purpose? What connects such blatant newsworthy acts of drama broadcasted to millions of American homes? Mere propaganda or greater design at work? Perhaps both. Why is it that so many who are believed (for it is but a Belief, is it not? For if the idea of ultimate power were so impressed upon the Mind of Society, there does not really have to be actual power. If the illusion is elaborate enough, all that is needed is Belief, and Faith follows naturally. The Wizard of Oz need never part the curtain, or in fact hide behind one, if he can make people believe there exists a curtain and he behind it) to be in power are reported to worship Design? The Freemasons call their god The Great Architect. An architect designs a flawless, most practicable building, not builds it himself, for that, he hires contractors, who hire subcontractors, and on down to the hiring of laborers. Someone has to construct the design. What holds the building together once it has been built? What keeps the building from crumbling during an earthquake or floating away when the sea crashes in? A strong foundation. What if that strong foundation were the Common Masses' belief, all laboring to keep the foundation from buckling under the weight of Illusion. What keeps the laborer on the job even when he is tired, or angry, or depressed, or ill? The promise of pay. The Common Masses are paid in Entertainment and Security. It is Belief and Pride and Faith in the Design that keeps the worker laboring long after exhaustion. But why Design? Why build? For once a design is committed to be built, is not the Architect as responsible, and tethered on down the line, from Contractor to Laborer? Especially to Laborer, as it is the laborer who provides the foundation. Without the Common Masses U.S.A., Inc. would crack and down would fall the pyramid. So, who controls whom? I wonder the true place of the people. I wonder how much power they actually wield. Why bother to appeal to the Masses if their vote does not matter? Why need to hire actors if the play need not be staged? Were the power of the few truly ultimate, what reason for subjects at all? For is not the fickle ignorance of the Herd a nuisance and obstruction? Why go through so much effort? Is it survival that keeps the Masses supplied with their eager and hungry demands and petty notions? Does self-preservation motivate the hourly need to appease the Herd, to tend the Flock, and keep them dull and flat? Like a parasite, does Life of Government depend upon its host? Were people suddenly to realize that the building was a house of ill repute and not the Eden promised, would they quickly abandon their posts? Who would power the currency? The Machine would grind achingly to a halt, the gleam of existence shat out like the intestinal tapeworm gripping desperately to tissue before excreted through the rectum, dying even before it splashes. Revenue would plummet, international trading would dry up, and suddenly "government" would have no one to govern. What would its reason for being become? Extinction fossilized and later studied by future archeologists? Then there is the New World Order, also flaunted on one-dollar Federal Reserve notes just beneath the pyramid. What is this New Order? New order of what? Which world? How new? If the Herd fuels the current “order,” what fuels the New Order? With the leaps in artificial intelligence and Quantum Chromodynamics, has the Herd become obsolete? Will "cyborgs" that do not complain or demand, replace the whining useless eater? A work force of "cyborgs" require no belief or faith to build and hold a strong foundation, they are merely programmed and set to work, a few jolts of electricity from the nearest outlet (although, who knows? as Technology progresses perhaps even this will no longer be required) is all this new race would need. No pay, no benefits, no need of security; such things as Theatre become frivolous. With a species of artificially intelligent "cyborgs", the nuisance of the Herd is removed and survival nearly certain (for it cannot be absolutely certain there will not arise rogues in the artificially intelligent population, in fact, one would have to expect it at some point, it is a mathematical probability). Perhaps this New World Order has nothing at all to do with the Herd population. What if the Herd were abandoned by their god (State/Government), and left to their satellite televisions and high-speed Internet, how would the Herd survive? Or, more accurately, how long would it survive without its Government to govern it? To remove its responsibility and reward its Labor? Perhaps it is the Herd that is parasite (more like bacterium) and Government/State the host. Or, are the two so entangled, so indistinguishable, one cannot survive without the other? Like twins joined, sharing a single organic system. Perhaps New World Order is a new means of survival. An evolution of Government-Herd symbiosis, the stronger twin pulling the weaker into the next stage of development so that it can grow as it naturally wants to do. In order to have enough room for growth, must it sever its twin that it can survive the transition? How does the stronger do this? It must keep the weaker twin's mind diverted from the Design with drudgery, makes it believe that its brother has its own best interests at heart. So the Rulers of Government begins and sustains a system to quench the Herd's (for actually, though dissimilar, their powers are equal) thirst for diversion and fear of death. Here, Entertainment provides, and Rulers of Government feeds off the unused and untapped energy of millions of vacuous minds. Zero-point energy, Physics dubs the drawing of power from a vacuum (assuming that a vacuum is not truly empty, but teeming with jostling perpetual kinetic and potential energies). Government becomes an Alchemy. Transmuting nothing into something. How to tap such energy without the nuisance of conjoining? Artificial Intelligence technology could be the solution, plus a gain. Imagine: A race of beings programmed to Labor, nothing more, that does not require rest or vacation, or the need to uphold a charade. Are rulers of Government too prideful for such a solution? Is their pride why they erect monuments of themselves in every city under their control (or illusion of control)? Symbols of their conquests. If no people were around to believe and have faith, would government die from loss of appreciation of its vanity? Perhaps humans are needed to continue tourism. Then is this the foreshadowing of a nascent being: Government-Herd-Robot? The mating of parasite and host to produce a new race, a new system and energy, a new host upon which to feed. Or does Government itself fill the void in a race of beings who otherwise would have not the slightest idea of what to do or how to survive? Government, rather than a ubiquitous god, answering the prayers of a superstitious lot of primitive peoples, catapulted into a technological future they are neither psychologically prepared for or capable of comprehending outside of microwave ovens microwaving microwaveable meals and personal computers computing Internet service or solitaire. When I asked one member of the Herd the question "What if there were no shopping malls?" unable to conceive of such an existence, laughter was the reply; yet, the shopping mall is a relatively new invention, coming about only within the last 30 years. Prior to that, no such thing existed. Without government, it would be the consumer that is extinct. Then Common Man is unable of providing for itself, fulfilling its own demands, it cannot even think for itself or solve its own problems as evidenced in the Box Factor. This continual ignorance seeks Government as a stabilizer in an otherwise empty existence. The consumer buys in order to feel free, labors in order to buy more, in order to sustain the sensation of Living. No Government, No Life is the binary code of the consumer. Government provides a means that the consumer can consume regardless of consequences (deaths, war, murders, poverty, etc). History has extended this viewpoint. Perhaps civilization was doomed with the release of Tupperware onto the market. New World Order must include consumption in order to survive autonomously. Theatre is needed to reinforce the faith. God must sometimes put in an appearance, if not to reassure, at least to show its followers who is in control. Therefore, theatre becomes a necessary tactic, like warfare, only the prize is the human mind. Wars are created; countries incorporated, but made to seem otherwise through the Propaganda Machine. World Trade Towers are blown up and terrorists created as a symbol to focus Herd Mentality upon presidents assassinated, protest rallies, parades and organized riots. This shaping of collective Group thinking and altering the Group Self ushers in New World Order.
