World Trade Towers Bombing: Act of Terrorism or Psychic Drama? Disasters as a Means of Changing the Programming (Using Religious Imagery) in Herd Behavior by Nicole Terry The World Trade Towers spanned about 1200 feet in the air, like a tower of Babel; a communications system that covered the globe and top corporations held offices in its belly; able to withstand earthquakes and structurally built to withstand high winds screaming against its sides. The Towers were a symbol of power, their sheer size a symbol of American domination, the "empire" of the United States. The World Trade Towers boasted revenue in the millions each year from 20-25 thousand tourists each day [at the time of this writing], fishermen commented the Towers were what led them over the horizon like a lighthouse beacon calling them home. A strong impression upon the Herd-Consciousness, wouldn't you say? An installer of Vanity and Arrogance to the American personality, to match the symbol of an equally prideful sense of Nationalism—an illusion instilled in the Herd Mind through symbols such as Washington Monument, Mount Rushmore, even the Titanic. Symbols of concrete power and to the Group Self a reason to believe and worship the gods of corporation. In these symbols, the Herd finds strength to continue laboring for the "Good of its country". It was the Statue of Liberty that welcomed the call of immigrants passing through Ellis Island to raise the revenue (more citizens equal more people to pay taxes), a symbol that filled the eyes of immigrants saturated in propagated promises with tears of pride. Immigrants poured in from all over the globe carting their native tongues and heritages with them. Once they, the tired and poor, passed beneath the gates of the New World, they were given new names to celebrate the symbol of their New Citizenship in the New World. They came pre-packaged with symbolism, Liberty merely exploited it. Perhaps this was the first wheels turning to create faith in the gods of commercialism. Even the White House draws from this notion of Nationalism, reinforcing the reality of government and its representatives. What happens to a full glass when more water is poured into it? It runs over until more air is in the glass than H20, and the glass stands ready to again be filled. Like a turning point, the Herd Consciousness is poured full of Vanity, Pride, Nationalism, and Arrogance, then the cup of Group Self is made to runneth over. This requires a disastrous nationwide impact, then retribution. All symbols of course, but powerful upon a psyche wiped clean of individuality or lineage to single out among the Group. The World Trade Towers (the corporate title itself a symbol of imperialism) with their size and sleek architecture in the hub of New York City, the Empire State, symbols of muscle and fortitude, are the perfect medium to attack not a country but a psyche begging to be emptied and re-filled. So, on September 11, 2001, two airplanes were seen to crash into each tower, and minutes later those symbols came crumbling down. Without the strength of Nationalism no longer seen and felt upon the horizon, identities within the Group plummeted, depressions increased. The Propaganda Machine churned 24 hours, 7 days of the week, refilling the Group Mind, giving it a name and face to focus its lost, severed behavior upon. A terrorist was invented; pictures flashed on millions of television screens, the name "Osama Bin Laden" became synonymous with evil, the phrase "Weapons of Mass Destruction" with fear. The Group Construct could right itself for now it had someone on which to lay responsibility of blame. George Bush transformed into a National hero. The click was almost audible when the Group Mind changed to the fearful advocator of Homeland Security, as if a second coming had occurred. The state as God once again showed its mortal form and answered the prayers of its followers. The Herd stood about and gaped at the "towering inferno" from the streets and their homes, eyes wide in disbelief that such a tragedy could happen in (gasp!) America. That another iceberg brought down another Titanic. This measure of disbelief is a calculated reaction to a perceived attack upon the Group Nationalism. Would these same people stand and watch the coming of an Apocalypse, as they stood to watch an Armageddon? The Lost Souls Personality Program was created, now ripe for the penance and Commandments written on paper rather than stone, called The Patriot Act.
