Come Inside
Me.
Silently:
serendipitous one,
surreptitious one,
tranquility—
take my hand,
follow my breath
across the western sky
into the wading sun—
bright orange over the land
we have already walked upon.
vibrant memories
like wise clouds clinging to the earth
home to secret angels
trilling lullabies behind us.
a taste of beauty on your tongue
settles softly on the garden of flesh
waiting patiently for another flower
to burst gleefully into bloom.
follow the surging sea
longing within you,
like a breath in a moment
a cry of pleasure sailing
gracefully to her knees.
a sip of serendipity
a glance of happiness
and the subtle hands of love
remember...
never a moment shall pass
without thoughts of you
upon my lips.
now and forever
